Not a lot to report, still have cold, however I think it isn’t going to get much worse, so that is a good thing.
Did back and shoulders at the gym yesterday, didn’t push it and have been taking it easy with cardio as I want to get better ASAP. Today I am not doing any exercise, might take my son for a leisurely walk, nothing too strenuous though.

Sorry to hear you have a cold honey... I hope it gets better real soon for you so that you can utilise that drive and fire you picked up from being around those awesome inspirational wome... not that you didn't have it before, but I certainly noticed that it certainly fired me up when I went!!
Glad to hear that you had a ball though!! At least you got the cold after PHAT camp and not before or during so that you were able to go hard while you were there!! xxx

Great pic Ali, you should get it blown up and next Phat Camp have Jen sign it for you :) I have a huge laminated poster of her on my wall, with a great personal message from her. Pity I don't have any nice ones of me and her together! I should have asked Sineade, from Ironman, to take a shot for me! Hope you are now over your cold, looking forward to getting together for some more fun and laughs in July :)
