I had repeat bloods done to see the state of affairs with the health issues I had after my last comp. The doctor was absolutely amazed and astounded!! My thyroid, which I was told by more than one practitioner, was irreversible,my liver, my iron levels, my kidneys have all normalized, ow and so has my white cell count.
So there you go that’s what raw vegan food can do for you.:)
If you have not watched FOOD MATTERS and get a chance please do yourself a favour and watch it

That's great news Ali. I am so happy that you got those results and that you're feeling so good these days. Life's to short to be sick if you can do something about it. :o) xxx

I'm floored... that is just the best news!! Congratulations on finding an alternative way of reclaiming your health back that has nothing to do with pills and potions. It's amazing what can be achieved just through healthy food isn't it??? Well done Ali xxx
Thyanks Ali for your comments on my blog. I did watced food matters and it was an amazing film. I'm not sure if I could ever go 100% raw, but I fully understand why people do it....
Ali, have you read any books recently to do with a healthy lifestyle / food that might help me stick to my new eating plan resolution on Monday?
Your results are so fantastic that I am inspired to stop eating sugar and processed stuff. Not sure if I could go raw yet, but maybe one day....
Hey Ali. Just thought I'd pop over and let you know I've moved blogs so if you could update your link to www.liahalsall.com that would be great, thank you.
